When we go to the New Zealand and look at the home house building, there are many beautiful and modern house designs that can be found. One of my favorite is modern holiday home design by Fearon There Architects. The smart landscaping house design which called Sandy Bay Road House has ultra modern house innovation with simple but luxury design. This holiday home project created on 2007 – 2008, and can be found at Tutukaka Coast, New Zealand.
The topography of the coast Tututkaka is characterized by rugged topography pastoral landscape looking out over the Pacific Ocean to the Poor Knights Archipelago. This holiday home is set below a ridge on a cattle farm. The building is twisted to follow the contour of the main hall space and continuously elevated on a concrete pedestal to provide a glass screen into the backyard.
